The Central Museum of the Air Force is one of the biggest aircraft museums of the world, situated in the town of Monino three hours of ride from Moscow.
On the 20 hectares of the museum land (which is equal to 18 football fields) you will see airplanes, helicopters, vehicles and airplane arms of almost all the countries and periods, which allows you to discover the whole history of world aircraft.
However, the most interesting part of the tour is a collection of famous Cold War times aircraft, which impressed and frightened the whole world. You will see the biggest aircraft of the early 20th century “Ilya Muromets”, Soviet “Concorde” (Tupolev-144), La-7 Ivan Kozhedub, Tupolev-95 (aka Bear according NATO classification), Tupolev-22М (aka Backfire) and much more!
Our tour includes a permission to take pictures. We will give you about an hour of free time after the excursion so you can really enjoy the museum on your own and take your pictures.
